Groove or Outside Clamp, Which Fits Your Post?
No drilling needed. Both clamps grip the post without damage.
Groove Clamp or Outside Clamp: Fits Grooved or Flat Posts
The Groove Clamp grips the inside edges of the grooves on a grooved two-inch aluminum post.
The Outside Clamp grips the outside edges of a flat two-inch aluminum post. It fits two-inch-wide aluminum fence posts.
Both clamps hold firm without the need for drilling.
Identify Your Post
Look for Grooves
Grooves running down the post require the Groove Clamp.
Flat Face
A flat face with no grooves requires the Outside Clamp.
Check Post Width
A two-inch-wide aluminum fence post uses the Outside Clamp. Narrow fence posts won't fit. Measure first.
Outside Clamps Fit Two-Inch-Wide Fence Posts
The Outside Clamp grips a two-inch-wide aluminum fence post just like a flat enclosure post. It does not fit the narrower posts many fences use. Hooks and hangers attach with no drilling along your pool fence.

How Much Weight Can the Hooks Handle?
All of the designs have been tested to at least 400% of their load rating. The load rating is for weight loads when mounted to vertical aluminum posts. Wind loads must be taken into consideration by the end user.
Utility Hooks are rated for 20 lbs. The Classic Triple and Octopus are rated for 20 lbs on the Groove Clamp and 10 lbs on the Outside Clamp. The Alligator is rated for 15 lbs and ships with the Groove Clamp only. The Classic Hanger, Shark, and Dolphin are rated for 25 lbs on the Groove Clamp and 10 lbs on the Outside Clamp.
What Are the Hooks Made Of?
All components are made out of aluminum except for the screws. Aluminum is used for its lightweight, corrosion resistance, and appearance. The durability, appearance, and corrosion resistance of the aluminum are enhanced by powder coating. The screws are stainless steel for corrosion resistance.
What If I Lose My L-Wrench?
These can be found at most hardware stores. They are described as a 1/8 inch Hex L-Wrench, Short Arm.
